• Do not establish a physician-patient relationship

• Do not replace care from your primary care provider, OB/GYN, or other licensed healthcare professional

• Do not include diagnosis, treatment, or prescription of medications

Clients are encouraged to continue working with their existing healthcare providers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or participate in coaching services.

By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own health decisions

• You agree to seek appropriate medical care for urgent or emergent health concerns

• You will consult your personal healthcare provider before making changes to medications, supplements, or treatment plans

Any decisions you make based on coaching sessions are your sole responsibility.

All services are provided virtually and must be paid for in advance unless otherwise stated.

Pricing for services is clearly listed on the website and may be updated at any time. Booking a service constitutes agreement to the listed price at the time of booking.

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be forfeited without refund

• Program packages are non-transferable

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the provider.

Due to the personalized nature of coaching services:

• Discovery calls are complimentary

• Completed sessions are non-refundable

• Program fees are generally non-refundable once services have begun
